Trouble logging in
If you are having trouble logging in with your Username and Password please note that the Username and Password are ‘Case Sensitive’ meaning that you must enter the Username and password exactly as they appear in your confirmation email. For example, the password “Bigbird99” must not be entered as “bigbird99”.

Forgot your Username or Password
If you have forgotten your Username or Password please click this link Forgot Password/Login and enter the email you used to register with and your Username and a NEW Password will be emailed to you. You can change the new password as soon as you log in for security purposes.

Resend Confirmation Email
If you need your Confirmation email resent to you please click Click here and enter the email address you used to register. Please note that using this method will send you a NEW password with your Username.

Activate your Account
You need to Activate your account by confirming your email address to get access to our free services. You can do this by either:

(a) Opening the Confirmation Email you received when you registered and clicking the blue Activate your Account link. (See above to have your Confirmation Email resent).

(b) Or, if the Confirmation Code page is still open you can enter the Confirmation Code from the email in there. If you have any problems activating your account you can Email us for assistance.

How do I hide my Profile
In Edit Basic Profile where it says Other members can see when I'm online select No and click Save.

How long are my messages kept before deletion
Your messages are kept in your Inbox for 30 days before being deleted. To stop certain messages from being deleted you must FLAG the message, by opening the message and clicking the word Flag.

Cancel my Account
To cancel your Account either Log In and click the Cancel Membership link, or alternatively send us an email requesting to Cancel your account using the email address you used to register with.

Click Edit Basic Profile in the Panel Menu to edit your Basic Profile and search preferences and then click to Save.

How do I Send a Hi
Search and find a member first
Click their View My Profile link.
Then click Send a Hi at the top of their profile page.

Then click on Send a Message (at the top of their Profile page).

How do I Open/Read/Reply to Messages
Log in and click on your Inbox
Click on the Message Title (under the Subject column).
Click Reply
Type your message
Click Send.

How to add members to favourites
Click to View the Profile of the member you wish to add and then at the top of their profile it says Add to Favourites click here and they will be added to your Favourites list.

Messages missing from your Inbox
If you have received an email to say you have mail in your Inbox but when you log in the mail is missing, then the member has either "Cancelled" their account or they could have been identified as a "Scammer" and their accounts and mail have been deleted from the system.

When someone sends me a message where does it go
When a member sends you a message, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address (the email you used to register with) to let you know that you have mail. All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information.

Basic search
Basic search displays search results based on the Search Preferences that you have Saved in your Sign Up / Edit Basic Profile page (including Gender, Age and Country). You can edit this information in the Edit Basic Profile link in the Panel Menu.

Select your Search Criteria on the first page of Advanced Search. You can click Expand Search to select and add more search criteria.

How do I enter different chat rooms
To enter a different chat room, (enter the chat rooms by clicking on Chat Rooms in your Member Panel), then on the Chat interface, under the Welcome message on the top, left, click on the small arrows (drop down menu) next to Room and select the chat room you wish to enter.

Photo Guidelines
-Only jpg or .gif , .bmp or .png image files can be uploaded.

Maximum allowed picture file size: 400 KB.


Uploading nudity will get your account deleted. Cartoons or Copyrighted pictures will be deleted.

Click Browse and select your picture to upload from your computer. All the pictures that are uploaded into your picture gallery are rotated as your Main profile picture each time the page is refreshed. All pictures are Public and viewable by all other members. Try to upload at least one photo of YOU since most people feel more comfortable making that initial contact with members they can see.

Are Photos approved first
Yes, we review ALL Photos before we accept them to the site to ensure that they are appropriate. Uploading nudity or offensive material will result in your account being deleted. The first photo you upload should be a head and shoulders shot of YOU. Please do not upload cartoons or copyrighted pictures. Please allow up to 12-48 hours for your pictures to appear on the site after you upload them to your account

We may monitor the public areas of this website including Chat Rooms and Profiles to ensure that the Terms and Conditions are being adhered to. We welcome Members to report to us any content that is offensive, objectionable or that not does adhere to the Terms & Conditions. ANY personally identifiable information including email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers or website URLs will be deleted from the website.

What is a Scam Message
A scam message is a message sent by people who register on websites with the sole intention of befriending other members to try and obtain money from them or private details by whatever means possible. Please do not fall prey to these scammers by sending them any money or private information. We take scamming very seriously and delete members immediately from the site if found to be a Scammer. To help us do that please Email Us to report any suspected scam messages so that we can investigate further and delete members who are found to be sending scam mail immediately.
